Face to face interview with management in their private office upstairs. Very informal style interview. They asked me a series of questions about my education and related job experience. And they also asked what I could offer in my desired job role at Sendik's.

I applied online for a cashier position at the Franklin location, about a week and a half later I got a text from HR about a job fair at the location that I was unable to attend so they scheduled a phone interview with me. It was very simple, though asked some questions I've never been asked (ex. on a scale of 1-10 how much do I want to work at Sendiks), it went well and I was scheduled for an in person interview a few days later. I got to the store and interviewer seemed like he didn't even know he had an interview. He spent about 4-5 minutes on his computer looking for my info from HR, wanted to place me in bakery or deli, seemed disappointed I didn't have evening availability (position stated hours were for 7am-3pm). He did want to schedule me for orientation. I also saw 2 employee resignation forms on his desk, which was funny to see during an interview lol.

I first had a 20 minute phone interview followed by an extremely short in person interview. Both were very straightforward and relatively informal. I was only asked one question during the in person interview, and then they just described the job to me.
