I only attended the first initial call. It was by far the worst experience Ive have ever had with an potential employer during any interview. He was not very friendly and borderline rude and condescending. I did not want to move forward.

Well, the first interview wasn’t really an interview. About 30 mins of going over the role. Kind of a waste of time. Should have been talking about some skills during this interview, rather than just ONLY going over the role. However, the company seems to have a great amazing culture. Follow their instagram...people seem to be happy with their time there. I suggest first interview should include getting to know more of her. Pay seems kinda low for the position. At $58k in Ca and the complexity of work...thats about $27 an hour but possibly working more than 40 hrs a week...kinda a rip off. But overall...I still recommend it. Plus Cassi is awesome, I see why she’s great at introducing the company to the applicant.
