I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Senior Lifestyle (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2017
Interview
Recruiter interview, VP interview, in person with panel
Told during panel interview that I would be a great fit and am the "complete package" and that I would be hearing from them very soon because they want to get this position filled immediately.
No follow up what so ever after multiple attempts to email/speak with initial recruiter. If another candidate was chosen that's understandable but at least follow up with the candidates who completed multiple interviews with high level execs. Phone call, email or send a letter. I follow up with every candidate I screen be it a management level or front line position.
You never get a second chance to make a great first impression.
Would not recommend. If issues are this apparent in the first level of operations I can only imagine the extent of operational issues throughout the company.
