Sign up, they will give you a date for the interview and Physical exam. Show up with Gym gear or they will make you change to your gym gear later on.
1.Take exam (stuff that you learn in EMT school)
2.Physical exam (dragging, lifting)
3.Drug exam
4.Scenario Base question 3 of them. ex. what would you do if you suspect a back injury and patient is sitting, ect.
5.Interview.
if you get hired.
6. Four days of boring Orientation (8am to 6pm ~ varies)+ evoc course during the week end.

SeniorCare has certain interview dates, all the applicants will be gathered to go through the interview process. It took them half a day to conduct interviews and they gave offers the same day later, I just felt they really need EMTs and probably,perhaps,maybe they recruited almost everyone who meets the bare minimum requirements, it is the orientation week and the following probationary months that matter to finalize employees I guess (absolutely personal perspective, I might be wrong)
