I was contacted through LinkedIn about the opportunity. I had never heard of the company prior, but they assured me that it was growing rapidly. When setting up a phone interview, it was difficult and they made me feel like a burden for having to reschedule. I had informed them that I was currently employed full time and my responsibilities with that, came first. I had two phone interviews and when I was trying to schedule to come in, it was suggested that I needed to take a day off for this. I had agreed, however, I was informed that it felt like 'they had to chase me' to set up the appointment as I had pushed it out a week. I again, informed them that my current work had priority over the interview. We set up an date and was told that I would hear back with a confirmation of the interview. 5 days past and I reached back out as the interview was now 2 days away. I was then notified that they had gone with another candidate. The entire process was very unprofessional; borderline harassing.
