I met the recruiter at the job fair on my campus. He reviewed my resume and then asked me a question related to my coursework (Mechanics of Materials). Upon getting the right answer, he signed me up for on campus interview. It was a half hour interview and consisted of some course relations questions, plus a small but tricky case study question (that I failed).
