Was invited for a 15 minute phone screen two days after applying online with someone in HR, who then organized three 30 minute interviews with current employees and managers. Interviews went well, one was all technical while the other two were more conversational/behavioral. I'd say the interviews went well. I never heard back from them even after a follow up email to the HR person who contacted me first and set up all the interviews. I'd say it would be a nice gesture of respect and responsibility to just notify those who were interviewed for two hours with a quick email of the overall decision.
