Interview
There were two interviewers who asked general questions about you, your interests, followed by situational/behavioral based questions. Questions included what drew you to Sensata and what you were most interested in. Questions about your skills, and questions about extracurricular activities.
First, there was one general / tech video interview. Then, there was a day called Fantastic Friday where you have four interviews all on one day. Of the four interviews, three were technical and one was behavior.
