A mix of technical to see if I knew basics of the job, and conversational to see if I was a personality fit. They asked me about my background more than live test questions. At the end of the interview, the hiring manager seemed interested in moving forward then they ghosted me. No message saying I was rejected, or they were pursuing other candidates. Didn't respond to my followup messages either.
Very long interview process but it was worth the work it took to get in. Make sure u ask to see where you would work. Also, make sure to bring a notebook and have strong engineering skills.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sensata Technologies (Antrim, Northern Ireland) in Feb 2021
Interview
Came there directly from uni and had worked for the recruiting manager as a student. They were very cold in the interview, and it was rushed as they had more interviews to go through on the same day. Got the job, but realised there's no moving forward at this place. All promotions and bonuses are for the few elite... nepotism!
