Sensibill's interview process was not only smooth and convenient, but their wonderful HR team was open and willing to work with my [sometimes hectic] schedule and were conscious of helping ensure the process worked for everyone involved. Part of my interview process involved a presentation and everyone involved was very kind and respectful. Speaking with their team members, and having positive conversations, the interview process felt more like you were truly getting to know one another, and not just answering a pre-billed list of interview questions! Overall, Sensibill's interview process was one of the most positive processes I've personally been through, and I found it was thorough without being boring; professional without being cold or detached. It was such a great experience!
