Went through 4 rounds of interviews, one of which a presentation. There was some overlap with questions from the different interviewers but overall each group covered different things about the role and asked me a different questions at each round. Very timely in getting back to me about each round and kept me in the loop when they were waiting on the next interviewers availability to meet with me. All while being courteous and professional.

Interviewer: Jennifer Lennox, CHRE Sensibill has a wonderful practice of communicating with all candidates and providing them with feedback even if they are not selected and Though I did not get the job I was happy with their feedback and hope in the future to work in this fantastic environment.

I submitted an application and received a message on LinkedIn a few days later from the VP of People. It had a link to her Calendly account to set up an interview, and I received an automatic confirmation with a Zoom link. On the day of the interview, I logged into the Zoom meeting, but no one else joined. I sent a quick follow-up email to make sure there were no technical issues, but didn’t receive a reply. I waited for 25 minutes then had to log off to get back to my work day. No follow up email from Sensibill afterwards. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience.
