The process began with a 30 minute phone screening with the HR manager, then a 45 min to 1 hour problem-solving and interview portion with the manager I would be working with over video chat.

Interview
I was invited by Jennifer - VP of People to have a 30-minute conversation. Jennifer wished to get to know my interests and answer any questions I might have about the Business Intelligence Analyst role. Our conversation was held over a video call and it flowed very smoothly. Jennifer took a genuine interest in me and actively encouraged that I ask any questions I may have.
After speaking with Jennifer, I received a calendar invite to have a conversation with Cameron - Sensibill's resident data scientist. Cameron and I spoke the next day for a full hour. Our conversation ranged between a variety of topics as we both investigated each other for a fit. I was very interested in what he had to say about the database management processes at Sensibill and how 'connecting the dots' between disparate information sources such as app usage time and revenue uptick is encouraged in the role of BIA. Cameron took explicit interest in my data management experience, especially in my understanding of SQL. Cameron quizzed me on what I knew about SQL and where I didn't understand he very patiently walked me through what I was missing. I had a very pleasant experience interviewing with Cameron, and my conversation with Cameron made me even further inspired to join Sensibill as BIA.
Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the conversations you had with the Sensibill team during your interviews -- we are a very passionate bunch! Best of luck in your future job search!

Interview
I applied online and was contacted on Linkedin for the interview. Attended 2 rounds, pretty basic questions about projects and SQL. I was ghosted after the second round and never heard back from them. I tried contacting them couple of times but no response from the organization. My only suggestion to the recruiting team is that, please consider the candidates position during these difficult times and let them know whatever the results maybe.
