Honestly one of the best interview processes I have ever gone through. Sensibill is not joking when they say they hold themselves to a very high interviewing standard. Everyone I talked to was friendly, smart, and willing to focus on what value you would be able to bring to the company. Very good impression of this company from my interview. Unfortunately I needed to decline the job offer for personal reasons, which was no fault of Sensibill. The whole process consisted of three rounds: Round One: an initial screening with the recruiter where you talk about past projects and career goals. Round Two: a technical chat with a Director who describes development processes, team structure, and the software stack. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and really get a feel for the company. Round Three: a final technical interview where you sit down with some senior software developers and demonstrate you know you actually know what you're talking about. This step is challenging but not frustrating and really gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your experience.
