Basically how I would handle numerous situations. They read off a piece of paper that I am assuming were pre determined questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sentara Health (Woodbridge, VA) in Aug 2020
Interview
There were online assessments, an online interview that was recorded with four questions, then a phone screening, then an in person interview with three people. I am fine with waiting but they don't follow timelines or answer calls. My interview experience was very positive with excellent feedback but there was no full time day positions and I haven't heard anything encouraging (at interview they indicated they were just waiting for a full time position to open) or any feedback since. I was excited interviewing since the positive culture there is very obvious but I am looking elsewhere due to the lack of feedback. FYI I was overqualified but looking to change industries.
For my first phone interview I talked to Kara, very sweet lady. She mostly asked me how I would handle behavioral problems with patients. You will talk to Kara first and then she will pass your resume along to the appropriate manager.

It was a length process. I applied in June and had to do a video interview in July. The a 2:1 interview about 2 weeks later. The manager and the department manager were present. The on-boarding process is long also. Getting the required reference surveys finished in time proved to be a task.
