Sentara usually has a 4 panel interview process, I only had a 2 panel. I was asked general interview questions. More of the questions were."Tell me about a time when." I also had to take a drug screen and do a typing test as well. The process only took a matter of days. I was in the process of graduating and Sentara not only hired me but they allowed me to do my extern hours as well to finish my course.

Lots of questions about adverse interactions with all types of clients ranging from aggressive to pleasant. Asked about what I would do or what I have done in difficult times with challenging patients.

Phone screening interview from corporate. Then and in person interview with two or more managers and or member of team. You will then get a follow up call from HR who will discuss salary/benefits, start date and details on orientation

Interview with practice manager, drug screening, a health screening, and TB screening. There was also a tax screening and background check. Interview with current employee and practice manager, and about an hour of time to sit and observe the position.
