Went through a phone interview, followed by an in person interview, not many technical questions asked, more discussion of my background and what i would be able to provide the company with skills wise.

What is a difficult situation with a customer, and how was it handled.
The interview process was actually pretty quick. They told me the job details and asked if I was okay with that. I was qualified so it was really just a personality check.
It was a long process they took lots of time to revert back and the interview was also onsite and the opportunity was onsite. There were no technical questions asked.
