I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled time. There was a major mix up at the beginning of my interview which I felt threw the entire interview process off. I then found out that it was a panel interview. I began the interview with two individuals then the hiring manager that called me to schedule walks in about 15 mins before the end of the interview. I had been interviewing for about 20 minutes and in walks the hiring manager. (The manager missed majority of the interview). This was a major red flag and very off putting to me. From that point forward I knew I did not want to work at that establishment.
