A week after applying I received an email from Sentral's People Team acquiring about my first interview. My first interview was over Zoom, it went well and it was just a general conversation about the position, possible hours, and shifts needed. I was moved onto the second interview, which I was told they would be in contact with me in a couple days for. However, nobody reached out to me for that interview until a little over a week after my first interview (I did email the company a few days after my first interview to get an update and didn't receive a reply until the following day). The second interview went great, was told that they would like to offer me the job, but would get back to me. The hiring manager never reached out to me though, I messaged them asking for a possible update on the position (a week after the interview), but never received a response. A friend who works for the company, and referred me to the position, reached out to me asking when I was starting. I then told her about how they never got back to me, despite them telling her that they were going to give me an offer. It was through my friend where I found out that I was supposed to fill the position of someone they were going to fire, but HR had then informed them that they could no longer fire said person? Overall process took about 3 weeks, I was more disappointed due to the fact that I was never given a response, while also turning down other jobs due to my eagerness to work for Sentral. I can't speak on how the company is, but my friend has spoken very highly of the company and working for them. I was even willing to work the overnight shift in hopes of moving to mornings as I noticed that job listing has been posted. Very unfortunate (on my behalf haha).
