Not very formal at all, Felt dismissed and looked down upon as a POC. When i am in fact qualified to do the job, I do not see this company as being diverse whatsoever. Interviewer was not very warm or welcoming, I could tell it was going to be a race thing before we even began the interview by the look on her face. Dont waste your time if you are a POC!!
