Multi person interview. Be very open and personable. Focused a lot on client scenarios and personality. Have fun and ask questions that show interest. Be attentive and honest. Speak about what you would like to learn from the company and growth. Ask about ways to be an addition to the team and how things are handled at that location.
I went in for an in person interview. they had me do makeup on another beauty advisor. I had to do a daytime look and make a change to it that turned it into a nighttime look. Then after they saw my work they had me sit down in a room. we talked with manager Francia and she was lovely. we spoke about where I was in life and we discussed why I needed a job.
