I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in May 2016
Interview
The group interview was held with two supervisors and a couple other applicants. They didn't start the interview on time and had us wait a little while in the store to look around.
Once the interview began, we started with just telling them a bit about ourselves. You could tell 10 seconds into the introductions that one of the supervisors had already ruled you out of the position. From that point on, questions were "directed towards everyone" but they only payed full attention to the hopefuls. If you were an unlucky one, they would skip to the next question before you could answer, not acknowledge you when you are speaking or cut you off mid sentence.
