I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora
Interview
I applied online on Sunday, dropped my resume off on Monday morning (my friend works there and told me to do so), and I got an interview on the Tuesday. I googled tons of interview questions and practiced all my answers so I would be prepared - last year's interview didn't go nearly as well. I heard back on Thursday that they wanted to hire me on (they said they would call either way). As far as I know, interviews are always done in groups. It was only me and one other girl, but I had an interview at Sephora last year where it was me and two others. It was a pretty lax interview; we sat in a booth in the food court. The interviewers made me feel very comfortable.

The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Sephora (Boca Raton, FL) in Oct 2019
Interview
I was first contacted over the phone for a quick phone screen. During the phone call, I was asked about my previous job experiences, responsibilities, and why I left my previous job. I was also asked about why I chose Sephora. They then asked me to come in for an interview. When I came in for the in-person interview, I sat and spoke with the manager who asked me typical interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Sephora in Sep 2019
Interview
They called me and had an impromptu phone interview. Asked me 3-4 questions. Then scheduled an in person interview. I have yet to attend in person interview but i will be on monday
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Sephora (Denver, CO) in Aug 2019
Interview
Easy interview process, though I’d recommend going in to speak with the manager first (which is generally good practice for all retail jobs). You’ll have a phone interview & and in-person interview & then you’ll find out if you’ve gotten the job. Good luck!
