I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Sephora (Conroe, TX) in Aug 2016
Interview
I knew someone who worked at this particular Sephora and had her mention me to her boss. My friend told me a day to go in and give the manager my resume and I did. I walked in with my makeup on FLEEK, introduced myself, and handed her a copy of my resume. She said, " Thank you, we'll call you in a few days." to which I replied, " I'm just gonna walk around the store", not a minute later and she says, "As a matter of fact they're doing a group interview in the back and you should join them." So I did.
