I applied online, a couple week later they called me in for an interview. I met with the asisstant manager, very straight forward interview questions. She said normally they have different interviews with different levels of management before someone is hired. She said she really liked me and the store director was in so she wanted her to meet me. So I waited a bit, and then had an interview with her. Almost the same questions this round too, and then she offered me the position on the spot!
The interview was held as a group interview where we all took turns answering questions. A couple STAR questions (describe me a time you handled this, resulting in this), and a couple personality based questions.
