Friendly and personal interview. More focused on me and what I would contribute to the team dynamic VS What metrics looked like in my previous position. They are in the middle of a slight restructuring at the moment causing some confusion for the hiring managers and recruiters as far as role clarity is concerned but keeping things transparent and not being too uptight or stuffy is a nice change of pace in the upscale retail world.

I have interviewed with the assistant manager, store director and the regional manager and I had an awesome experience each time. Every one is very polite and FUN! I love the culture that they have in this company. Talking with Sephora's managers and watching videos about the company inspired me to want to work with them and do a great job for Sephora's customers. I hope I will be working for Sephora soon!
