I went to a career/job fair Sephora was holding in the mall and went during the end of the day. I was only required to bring my resume but I brought my resume, makeup certifcate showing I was certified, my freelance makeup business card and a letter of recommendation from a previous job. I met with the HR department first they asked me a few things about myself and my interests and previous job history then they decided to send me to the next step which was a group interview with the store director and assistant manager. After that I stayed for an additional interview with the district assistant, and then she recommended me to go through to the final interview with the district manager that was scheduled later that week through video chat.
