The interview process wasn't bad. It was actually really easy. I applied online, and received a call within 3 weeks of applying(probably because of the holiday season). I was asked why I was interested in working for Sephora and about my retail experience. My in-person interview was scheduled 2 days later. I showed up to my interview at the Sephora(inside JC Penney) within the mall. It took place within the store manager's office. Very relaxed and chill. She was very nice and pleasant. The interview lasted for about 15-20 minutes and I was made an offer. I start once my background check comes back.
