After having recruiter call, there was initial phone interview with hiring manager. He was very kind person to explain the expectation and company vision. I had opportunity to go for onsite interview where initially 5 interviewers were supposed to take part in this. Unfortunately, at last moment recruiter emailed me about changes in interview process and only 3 interviewers were part of that now. What I observed: first 2 interviewers were very friendly and asked both technical and e-commerce related functional questions. After having this 2 rounds, I had to wait for 1.15 hours in the meeting room(although I was kind of their store room) and third interview came late. He was not having my resume (or did not see yet) and told me he does not know for which position I am interviewing with him. It was really surprised for me. He started asking me non technical questions like whether those functionalities were in my previous company or not. He mentioned that you can't use springboot for micro services development. I was surprised on that. It seems he was not technical.
