I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Sephora (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2017
Interview
the hiring is through 3 steps. First you have a 15 mins talk by phone with a HR representative. They ask you basic questions like why do you want to work at sephora. I watched a lot of videos on youtube to get prepared and i immediately got the appointment to the second interview. The second interview is a group interview, if you're from Quebec, french and english questions will be asked, so be prepared to answer in both languages. They ask questions in a round, so if somebody took already your answer you have to be quick on your feet to think for another option. The last step of the process is an one-on-one interview, mine lasted about an hour, so be prepared to meet the manager of the department. They will ask you about your qualities and flaws. What would you bring to the team, etc, etc.

Interview
The interview process was two steps. The first interview we chatted and went over my resume and I talked about the previous jobs I've had and the experiences. We were casually talking about this heir brands and the services they would want me to provide. We discussed whether I'd be happier in skin care or makeup world.
