Straightforward interview to get to know you, your strengths and weaknesses etc. The whole process of scheduling the interview was smooth and straightforward. However, it took some time to hear back on the outcome of the interview.
Very relaxed and friendly, encouraged everyone to socialise during the assessment centre. It was honestly so relaxed, we literally had TikTok time before 1-on-1 interviews.
