over the phone with a manager- was asked a series of questions, and my availability..was asked to come in for a group interview.
group interview- a little stressful, myself and 11 other girls applying for PT cashier, and PT colour..they had us all answer basic questions, then singled us out for more in-depth questions, asked us things about our hobbies, to our experience. A day or so later i was asked to come back for the final interview!!
2 on 1- i met with two "leads" and i had a great in-depth interview, asking me more follow up questions that were discussed in the group, and more 'get to know you' like questions.

They were doing a job fair inside the company interview a lot of different people. I had a brief interview with one store leader that pass me to a second one that asked me to come back the day next to talk with the Store Director. In the next day, the interview with the director was much longer in a format of behavioral questions. She was very welcoming during the process that took approximately an hour.
