The intial interview was a phone interview with a human resources manager. Once I passed that step I then interviewed with the manager who I would be working directly under. That intervew went great too until there was a surprise written test at the end of the verbal interview. That test was a very difficult test that was obviously to determine experience. I think I was unable to correctly answer about 15-20% of the questions. I am usually pretty good at tests, but this one I flunked.
