The process was very smooth. Everyone is accommodating and friendly. Always with a smile! It was a 4 stage interview and took about 2 weeks to complete the interview plus another week for the background check and drug screen.

The interview process went very fast. The first interview was a phone interview. Lorraine was friendly and easy to talk to. The second interview was in-person with the two managers that I would potentially work for. They asked a number of in-depth and specific questions to the role. Both women were fantastic and the reason this job was my top choice. The final interview was a virtual tour with the regional leasing and sales managers. This was an intense series of questions by both managers for about an hour and really made me think. I received a call shortly after saying that the interview went well.
