Interview
The interview process at Sequoia is rather long, but super easy. You start with a phone call from the recruiter, Nora Miller, who is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Remember her name as she will be involved the entire process. If you get a next step interview, you are in person with the apartment manager and the leasing manager. This interview felt like a long conversation with old friends. They really strive to connect and make you feel comfortable. The next step interview is with someone from the marketing team. I did not have a fourth interview as expected, rather got a call from Nora with a position offer! Overall, I loved the interview process, they realllllly try to make sure you’re a good fit not only on paper, but also with the atmosphere they have already in place. Though long, you’re always in the know because their communication is too notch. .

Interview
I had three interviews, the first one was with the recruiter, very formal but nice and easy interview. My second interview was in person with the property manager, this was probably the best interview I've had, very nice and personalable. The last interview was with the Marketing Manager and Regional Manger, they were also very formal a little intimating but overall easy questions.
