I had 3 interviews with 3 different recruters and then a phone iterview with the employer and then a face to face, with the hiring manager and sales manager, i drove 2 hours one way to the interview, trusting what the recruiter said about base salary, half way through the interview they mentioned that the possition was commision, i was soo upset i wanted to leave right then , but didnt want to burn a bridge.
