Sequoia Equities interview questions

Interviews were very straight forward, kind staff and really looking for quality candidates. Were a bit dodgy about compensation, but open to negotiation. Kind kind people of substance - would love to speak with them again soon.

Spoke with a recruiter on the phone. The conversation was very robotic, did not have a conversational flow at all. She asked me question after question and gave no time to show personality. Recruiter did not seem knowledgeable about the company/property I was applying for and was not able to answer my questions well. After every question she just said "okay" and asked the next. Disappointing as I was really excited for my interview after reading about the company.
