Serco Group IT Risk and Assurance Manager interview questions

The most impressive interview and on boarding experience of my career to date. I received a very enthusiastic response to my application within 24 hours from HR partner who really sold the organization and the role as did all the other interviewers. All exemplified Serco values and showed they are clearly proud to work there. Due to Covid-19 interviews were via MS Teams. Provided link and guidelines so no technical issues. initial interview within 2 working days. 2nd interview 2 days later. Verbal job offer 3 hours later. Formal offer the next day and lap top for home working the day after! Impressive kit too. I start in 1 week, screening will continue whilst on probation. Interviews were relaxed, questions relevant to role and plenty of opportunity to demonstrate how I can use my skills and experience to add value in the role. They have been through a major transformation and clearly do put people at the top of their agenda.
