Asked what our strengths and weaknesses are. Went for 2 rounds of interview. First with the manager, then second with the Director of the Department. They reviewed my resume and had a very short conversation of what I was looking for. Got hired a 2 days later. Quick and easy process.
The process was fair and complete with tough but fair, thoughtful, and clever questions. I was never made to feel like my time was not respected. The process involved both over the phone screening, virtual interview, and in person.

Was called for an interview but then declined without interview for no reason at all. Very confused about this. I'm still waiting for them to call me back. Maybe they will but this wasn't the best way to do things.
