First there was a one on one interview with a HR personal. This was a generic interview with the basic intent of screening. The person looked at the CV and asked to elaborate on different points Next there were some online IQ tests. Finally there was a telephone interview which required talking about yourself and a random topic to view the thought process and speaking skills.
