Got a phone call and they basically just gave me the job. Not really concerned wtih my past experiance or skills. They seem to be more concerned with getting bodies in to honor their contract.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Serco Group
Interview
Had to give a five minute presentation on resumes or interviewing for this interview. Then there was an actual sit down interview with typical questions. There were two people interviewing me but I could tell they were not experienced interviewers.

Question 1
Tell me about a challenging situation at your last job and how did you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Serco Group (Arlington, VA) in Jan 2014
Interview
I was contacted for a phone interview approximately two weeks after applying online. Received more than two phone interviews that were not very structured or organized by individuals not completely familiar with the job description. When I asked about salary range all interviewers stated they were unable to answer that question. Lastly, I was told the hiring Manager would discuss it during the final interview. That last interview never occurred. I believe Serco attempts to recruit professionals but is unwilling to pay them accordingly.
