I applied through other source. I interviewed at Serco Group
Interview
I was approached by Serco to attend an interview, I was given very few details about the actual role, then was never contacted by them following the interview, despite sending a chaser. I found the entire experience somewhat muddled and frustrating. This is not a company that I'd be looking at in the future.
The actual interview was fine, but were quite specific to particular areas of knowledge that the HR team had failed to share with me, despite requests.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Serco Group
Interview
An easy, straightforward process includes 1 call with a recruiter, 1 hour call with a hiring manager, and 2 short calls with top management. Situational questions and more of a conversational style.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Serco Group (Dubai) in Nov 2024
Interview
Very simple easy process. Filmed interview first then interview with manager. However I never found out salary or benefits which is usually discussed early in the conversation.
Sounds like a good company to work for and very organised interview process
