I had a phone screening with the recruiter, which went well. Then I had a Microsoft Teams interview with 2 leads and a Sr. Software Developer from the team where I just talked about my experience. The last round was an in person interview at their location in Alexandria, VA where I just met the team and they could ask me any questions that they had while looking at my resume, pretty informal. Was told later that they were looking for someone who could "hit the ground running" for an entry-level software development position?
Smooth process for the entire application which was very nice. They were quick with feed back and did not have to wait long to hear back. Recruiters were enjoyable to talk to.
