Virtual interview process - Applied directly through the Serco website - Received email stating interest several days later asking for time to have a pre-screen call -After the pre-screen call asking basic questions such as reiterating what was on my resume an interview was set up. Overall the interview was very pleasant and I was offered the position a few days later.

The interviewer was punctual and kind. They were able to answer questions and explain the job as well as the hiring process. The interview did not take a long time (no longer than 40 minutes).
