Interview
Phone Screen first. They will give you an access to their account as an applicant (not employee) and upload all necessary documents. Then panel interview via Microsoft Teams. The interview panel comprises of the operations manager and clinical manager (RN). The operations manager ask questions like conflict resolution, while the clinical manager asks the nursing side. Lasted for about 30-35 minutes.
