Sereact GmbH interview questions

Their recruitment process feels quite chaotic and confusing. No one has explained the steps clearly, and the interviewers are often late. Even after several interviews, I was asked the same questions repeatedly. When I requested feedback, I received no response. Overall, I don’t feel respected throughout the process.

Ich wurde von Sereact kontaktiert, dann hat man 3 Minuten vor dem ersten Interview abgesagt mit der Begründung von ungeplanten Arbeiten (definitiv schlechte Planung/Zeitmanagement). Widerwillig hab ich einem zweiten Termin zugestimmt, welches dann auch kurze Zeit vorher abgesagt worden ist mit der Begründung, dass mein Profil nun doch nicht passend sei. Haltet euch von Sereact fern. -- Complete joke of a company. Sereact has approached me for the Cloud Team Lead role. Three minutes before the first interview, they cancelled, citing an "unexpected workload" (which suggests terrible time management on their part). Torn, I agreed to a second interview, which they cancelled, citing that I wouldn't be a good fit for the role anymore. Definitely stay clear of Sereact.
