This company is in constant hiring mode for at least few years now - they have a public repo with a code challange with over 240 pull requests (applications) being closed already - I'm not sure what they are looking for but this feels like a total scam and waste of everyone's time.
I have a few years of professional experience with scraping search engines and exact tech stack they were using and wasn't a good fit neither - I would suggest not wasting your time. At least when I applied they paid me few bucks for providing a solution - I think that is not the case anymore.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Take-home code challange
Technical/unstructured call with another engineer
The interviewer didn't seem to have prepared any information or resume about the candidate beforehand. The questions in the interview were very brief, and I can not call it an in-depth technical discussion. I received a rejection notice a few days later and was told that no feedback would be provided.
Asked behavioral questions, such as what I would do in specific instances and how I work with people as a team. Also asked me about myself and past experiences. Also asked me about my previous education.
I was asked experience questions and given a coding assignment to complete, during the interview and at home as well. There were three interviews total, with communication every week or so.
