Applied for the job and got a request for a phone screen request almost 1 month later. Gave them times I was free and didn't hear back for a whole week. Received a time and date to do the phone screen. Didn't feel like the recruiter new much about the industry of Success. She was confused and I got the feeling she was learning more from me than I feel was a fair use of my time. I think she is better suited to just work under the HR part of this companies business and stay out of recruiting. If I had to guess a lot of good people get passed by the lack of knowledge this gatekeeper holds. They would be better off having their hiring manager work with a staffing company than using her.
