I applied online and the process took about 2 weeks. Phone screen with HR then after that you talk to a developer and they ask you technical questions about JAVA and C++. You also take a coding assessment to test your skills on APIs.

Difference between thread and process? Java basics, OOP, differences in languages, etc. If you review OOP and understand classes and technical terms then you should pass the technical phone interview with ease! It helps if you also experience using APIs too! If you have a solid foundation you should be fine.
