2 in-person interviews, then offered a job from a local chapter. I accepted the job, was then told I just needed to fill out the paperwork to move forward. The "paperwork" turned out to be a contract, which required me to agree to lots of terms, which were outlined in separate handbooks and documents I was not provided. And the contract stated these documents were available to me on the company intranet site. When I asked the corp liaison for the link to these documents or copies of them, they told me I could not get on the intranet site until I had accepted the terms of the contract. I pushed back and was then told that these docs were too large to email and I would need to get them from the local company. I did, finally after a week of back and forth. After reading the docs they provided me (but not all of them, they only allowed me to see some of them), I sent an email to the local chapter to negotiate the terms of the contract. I never received a response. To follow up emails and phone calls either. No response. Finally, several weeks later, I got a conference call from corporate on speaker phone telling me they had decided to "move in another direction." Just ridiculous. I would NEVER work for such a company.

Applied and received a call within the week. Scheduled interview for the next week. Easy Interview.Asked about my hobbies outside of work. Hired on the spot. Three weeks of background check/drug test. Four weeks of training before you go live selling.
