Interview was fairly standard, asked lots of questions pertaining to document reconciliation, and supervisory roles. The manager asked if I have the ability to use critical thinking, and whether I could determine what outcome may come about?
The more the interview dragged-on, I thought that this job is more suited to being a document reconciler than a project coordinator! I thought the interviewer was somewhat vague on answering questions.
The pay is not competitive for what they're requesting. There are no benefits, and this doesn't seem to be a unionized job position. The duration seems to be a short contract. A friend of mine applied for the same job posting, and she said, the pay is $21.00 an hour... and heard that the job requires sitting for almost the whole day!
